Can I replace an LED?
No, the LEDs used in RANCEO lamps are soldered to the electronic circuit and cannot be replaced.
Normally when a flashlight breaks, it is not the LED that breaks, but the switch.
Can I use rechargeable batteries in my RANCEO flashlight or headlamp?
RANCEO lamps and headlamps are optimized for use with disposable batteries. Components may be damaged when using other than the recommended battery type. All RANCEO rechargeable lamps and headlamps require a special battery and should only be charged directly via the included charging system.
Are the RANCEO products waterproof?
No, as a rule, the products are not waterproof. They are IPX4 approved. Ie. that it is protected from water spray from all angles.
All RANCEO lamps and headlamps can be used in rainy weather. However, some products are IPX6 approved. Look at icons and technical information which products are IPX4 or IPX6.
If your RANCEO product is exposed to water, we recommend that the batteries be removed. On headlamps, keep the battery box open.
On lights, do not screw the switch in. This prevents condensation from forming in the product.
How do I find out which RANCEO flashlight / headlamp I have?
On the newer RANCEO flashlights, it showned on the side of the flashlight which model it is. On a headlamp it will stand on the head of the lamp.
